Crash Test Dummy, part 2

I weighed myself this morning, lost 3.5 pounds. Now I don't know why, but I drank a lot of water. Think: Niagara Falls. Maybe the stack helped, but it is not the supplement for me. Today I am taking the NewChapter Organics every woman's ONE DAILY multi vitamin and later in the day a serving of Optimum Nutrition (ON) Platinum Hydro Whey Turbo Chocolate protein shake. This I know I will love, as it's chocolate! In the past I have had ON's protein shakes and found them satisfying. This shake has 140 calories, 2 grams of carbs, and 30 grams of protein. Just the ticket for me!

I am a firm believer that the three most essential supplements are whey protein, creatine monohydrate, and fish oil. I like the chocolate with vanilla coconut milk.
